Nice freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace a much bigger freezer. It is a nice freezer. Very easy to arrange and see all shelves with the light. It runs so quiet that you cannot tell it is running without seeing the green light. Love it!

Excellent Second freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are glad we found a floor model the day before the pandemic shut down our state. It just fit down our narrow basement doorway. Storage space is excellent so we can buy more with less trips to supermarket.

Stopped working 2 days after purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this freezer. Worked a total of 2 days then wouldn't cool. Called the store to see if I could return it and was told since I didn't purchase the "extra" extended warranty I would have to have it repaired. So, of course the initial repair was scheduled, and then parts were ordered. Parts shipped quickly, however, when I called to see if I could move up my repair appt I sat on eternal hold for over 24 min and gave up. I even tried asking for a replacement as after all this was just purchased. The response...we understand your frustration, but...we always try to repair the product at least 2 to 3 times before replacing. Meanwhile, 3 weeks later I sit with a nonfunctioning appliance in my garage. I have had Frigidaire appliances before, but will never purchase again. Maybe if I win the sweepstakes, I can purchase another brand of freezer and deliver this one to the dump.
