Perfect choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally going to buy a short 5 cubic foot freezer, but changed my mind because 1) it had about the same footprint as a full size, so I might as well get more storage space, and 2) the short one wasn't self-defrosting, so I'd have to unload it, connect a drain hose, etc to defrost. So this model was a much better choice.
Delivery was terrific, the guys wheeled it up to the door on a dolly, then used carry straps to take it the rest of the way. They removed a door where the freezer was a bit too wide, and replaced the door afterwards. Excellent job, and they were done with the whole delivery in about 10 minutes.
The freezer itself is awesome. I love all the storage space, and the directions had helpful tips about loading it to ensure the food was well protected.
I like the power light that gives a clear indicator that the freezer is working and the food is safe.
I have no complaints at all, this is a great freezer.

Just what I wanted

The baskets on the door are very helpful - for ice cream, etc. The basket at the bottom is fantastic for bags of bulky items. The shelves are large enough to keep everything organized. Now I can actually see at a glance what I have and where it is. LOVE this freezer!

A Game Changer!

This freezer is EXACTLY what we needed. It's the perfect size and because it is upright, everything is easily accessible. Now we're prepared for any future emergency and can rest easy.

Just what we were looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a little over a month ago. I was not aware with everything going on that freezers were hard to find. After weeks of looking, I was finally able to find the Frigidaire 13 cu. ft. upright. We were wanting an upright, but thought that we wanted a larger one. When this one was delivered, it fit perfectly into the space that it was going into and the set up could not have been easier. For the price, this unit came with all of the features that we wanted and then some. The storage space of this unit is perfect for our family of 4. I'm very happy with the unit and glad that I was able to find this one to purchase. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.
