New Frigidaire Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to store a butchered 1/2 a steer we purchased. We purchased 6 11 x 10 inch freezer baskets to place on the shelves that make the most of the space inside the freezer. Working very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new upright freezer! Especially happy with easy access to everything. No more dumpster diving into a chest freezer! We also lost power for a considerable amount of time and everything stayed rock solid frozen.

Door Seal

The freezer has great space for large quantities, but a year and a half later the door no longer seals shut.

If the door is not sealing correctly or will not close, it might be that the appliance is not leveled or the floor has become uneven or weak. This condition can force the cabinet out of square and misalign the door. Refer to Leveling in the Installation section. You may also level the floor by using wood or metal shims under the appliance or a braced floor supporting the appliance.
