Perfect size, perfect fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this freezer last month and am so pleased with the size and quality. I had been looking at chest freezer but this would have needed to go in the basement, they were all manual defrost and out of stock. Finally looked at uprights, these were all automatic defrost and fit upstairs in my laundry room behind the kitchen, perfect. There is so much space I have yet to fill it all. I trust the Frigidaire brand and love my new, perfect freezer.

great space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this freezer for several weeks now, & wish I'd gotten it sooner. The space is amazing; it is supplementing a chest freezer we have. It has become increasingly difficult for me to reach small items all the way on the chest bottom, so having shelves in the upright is great. By using both for different sized items, the organization is making my life easier. One wish would be availability of extra shelves, but the only one seen on the purchase site was for a 17cu ft (hint, hint!)

Panic call from my daughter. Ice cream melted!! Got home and the freezer was dead but the ice cream was the least of our problems. We busted our butt this summer with our garden. My wife has been putting up vegetables all summer and now..gone! Lord only knows what she has spent on family packs of meat. All silently thawing on this wonderful Friday night. The sound of silence because the low temp warning is sound asleep. Did I mention that the deadly silent freezer is TWO MONTHS OLD!!!!!!

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had a month, that is why only 4 stars. Need to see how it operates long term. It is quiet and it cooled down very quickly. Appears to have good door seals. Appreciate the light on the bottom that lets you know the freezer has electric power. Although the light is bright when no other lights are on in the room.

Great upright freezer!

Being able to rearrange shelving makes this upright freezer so much easier to store food of all sizes. The size and price were perfect for us.
