[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure why I read so many poor reviews. I nearly cancelled this order because of them. This freezer is great. The delivery was smooth, it started up quickly, came to temp in under 5 hrs, runs super quietly, has tons of room. I am thrilled I own it. The only thing that disappoints is it could really use 1 extra shelf and a slightly deeper door pockets.
