[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door is very difficult to open for my 92-year-old mother. She attempted open the door on Sunday, lost her grip and fell over backwards. She appears to be OK. Definitely need to change the design with a better handle.

This is due to warm air entering the fridge when the door was opened; this air then contracts as it cools down, and this creates a vacuum. Great freezer for reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded our 25+ year old non-frost free 14 ft3 Frigidaire freezer to this 13 ft3 Frigidaire freezer. It’s spacious enough to fit what we need with less stacking, due to more freezer and door shelves. I love the 2 day guarantee to stay frozen in case of a power loss. I also love the EvenTemp, garage ready and frost free features. We were able to switch the door opening from left to right, to make it easier to access in the allotted space. It runs quiet and maintains the proper temperature.

Fantastic freezer
