Nice product but .....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product two weeks ago and have been enjoying it. Ample storage, simple operation, interior light and warning indicator are all great features. However, I tried to level the unit using the “plastic” casters and while turning counterclockwise as suggested in the manual, the plastic broke. Very disappointed that such cheap material was used to support the unit. Hoping it’s covered under the warranty.

Perfect size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to the Covid pandemic I was without a freezer for 6 months. I was so glad when I finally found one that the right size and price. I love the alarm on the door is great. It has saved me a couple of times when I didn't close it properly.
