Frost Free !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is replacing a 7.2 CF Frigidaire chest freezer that still works great, we just wanted a frost free upright with shelves.
One other contributing factor why we chose this freezer is the fact that is has metal racks that allows better air flow.

Great garage freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to get rid of my small chest freezer in my garage since I got tired of having to dig through my items just to find or not find what I was looking for. After much research this freezer was highly recommended. Living in the desert with temps in the 100’s + during the summer doesn’t do well for anything in your garage especially appliances. This was only one of a few garage rated units and was the only one rated for up to 110 deg. I love having a lighted interior and having a light projected on the floor showing its status. The interior is spacious and more than enough for my purposes. After plugging it in and waiting for 6 hours I started putting items frozen items inside. It’s only been about a week now since I took delivery but I am very pleased. Now only time will tell as to how well it holds up during the summer.

Quarter Side of Beef and More

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size with room for more for our recently acquired 1/4 beef. We added freezer bins to organize. The outside status light is reassuring that it is working at a glance! I do wish it had a lock option.

Love my new upright garage ready freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got rid of old chest freezer with broken lock and lots of ice. Replaced with upright, frost free. So easy to see what’s in the freezer and put things away on shelves. Best part frost free! Takes up less space too. Easier to organize too’

BUYER BEWARE - Non-Functional after Only 2 Years

My husband and I bought this freezer 2 years ago and it worked fine until recently when we started to get high temperature alerts (basically was the temperature of a fridge). We had an appliance repair technician take a look and the compressor starter was bad and turns out this model doesn't let you replace only that part - only the whole compressor. The cost to fix was $1200+, more than the freezer cost. BUYER BEWARE!

I love this freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a very small chest type freezer which I had to defrost all the time and had to constantly unload to get to whatever was in the bottom that I needed. What a pain. Finally had enough of that due to medical issues with my neck and shoulders and bout this mid-sized freezer to replace it. It sits in my kitchen and is the perfect size for the spot it needed to go into. It cooled off within 4 hours though I waited until the next day to transfer food to it. I am so thankful it is frost free!! I was able to put a lot in it and still have a lot of room left. Even more if I organize better. The light inside is really nice and bright. It was a bit noisy in the beginning but I'm sure that was because of getting it up to temp. After it had completely cooled it runs pretty quiet. I've had it only about a month but I am completely happy with it.

Great size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a small freezer that would fit in a small area in my house. It fit perfectly! The size inside is big enough to fit pizzas the shelf with the door still closing and it is wide enough to fit multiple items on the same shelf. The rack at the bottom has a great front height for easy access to put food in and get food out. I love that the door also has storage.
