Great size and value

Roomy Freezer with Tricky Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our freezer for a month and really appreciate the large capacity. Even though the door is reversible, we had issues when we tried to reverse the door. It was delivered to open on the left (hinge on the right). When we reversed the door, the screw holes on the left were not properly aligned to the door. The freezer felt like it wasn't sealed properly and could be leaking air on the bottom. The freezer was level on all sides. The green light was solid, indicating there was no issue, so we left it. After a few days, everything in the freezer was starting to melt/defrost and the light was flashing to indicate it was not sealed properly. After trying to tighten screws, etc. we finally reversed the door again and have not experienced any issues since doing this. It is unfortunate that the door did not seal properly on our preferred side, but it is working and the capacity has been great.

Extra freezer space FTW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago for extra storage as we’ve been talking about getting this for quite some time even before pandemic started. It has plenty of room and glad we didn’t get the 16 cu size as once we got it, it has plenty of room. I like the light on the bottom that tells you its running. recommended if you’re looking for a extra freezer, you can’t go wrong.
