poor utilization of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer a freezer that is deeper, you can pack more in. With this freezer we are not able to add more shelves because there are no additional slots. Cooling lots of air in-between shelves!

green light and ice in freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Food is frozen well but is the bottom green light always on? Also, there is a little ice accumulation on the top inside freezer. Is this normal?

Hello! We're sad to hear that your refrigerator didn't perform as expected. If you are experiencing frost or freezing issues, you want to ensure the door is closed completely and there are not any items preventing the door from closing. Some models have a green LED Power On Light projected on the floor. This light will flash continuously until the freezer reaches the selected temperature. To ensure safe food storage, allow the appliance to operate with the door closed for at least 8 hours before loading it with food. In the event these tips do not apply to your concerns, please give us a call at 1-800-374-4432 Monday-Friday 8:30 am-8 pm EST, and our experts will be happy to assist.

Just the right size for my family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There has always been a Frigidaire product in our home. This is second Frigidaire upright I purchased. Due to a house fire on March 5, 2025, my first Frigidaire upright was damaged by smoke and had to be replace.

Awesome Upright Freezer !!!
