Frigidaire Freezer

My new freezer was delivered at the beginning of July and the door has popped open on its own six times now causing the low temperature a door open alarm to sound. Fortunately someone was home all six times so we caught it before all of our food defrosted. Now have door propped closed with sheets of plywood, nice for a new freezer. Repair man is coming for second time but this thing is a total piece of junk. Do not buy!

13 cuff freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions listed 2 plastic spacers were to be used to change door side. These spacers were not included on the freezer. The leveling process is to difficult. The levelers are only on the front. There should be levelers on all 4 corners. The freezer is to light and difficult to level when empty.

Terrific Midsize Upright Freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect size freezer for us (even though we haven't gotten things organized yet :)-. The "Recommended" temperature setting on the dial is truly the correct temperature, and everything is staying well frozen on all the shelves. We like the little green LED light at the bottom of the freezer that displays that the freezer is doing its job. And, our freezer is located in the garage, so at night it's a nice little glow that provides just a little bit of a night light. We couldn't be happier with this well designed and built freezer.

I love the features on my new freezer, the power light and the signal that lets you know if door is ajar and the price was right!

Unreliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning this freezer for only 2 weeks, it thawed out, and the alarm did not sound until 3 days later! We think it wad due to the power briefly flashing off for a couple seconds during a storm, and the unit didn't automatically come back on apparently. But even in this case, the alarm should have sounded to notify me; then I could have restarted it and not lost all the food. Terribly disappointing for a new appliance!

Love love love my new Frigidaire purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new purchase. I had a freezer that was over 40 years old and still kicking but felt it was time to get rid of it. After days of researching freezers, this one seemed to fill all my needs. I love the interior light , it’s very spacious inside and having the green external light letting me know that everything is working just fine with the unit. I have several Frigidaire appliances and hope to purchase others in the near future but this one has not disappointed me. I use it as a secondary freezer to keep extra items purchased and I love homemade applesauce so I was able to fill it easily.

Great garage freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to get rid of my small chest freezer in my garage since I got tired of having to dig through my items just to find or not find what I was looking for. After much research this freezer was highly recommended. Living in the desert with temps in the 100’s + during the summer doesn’t do well for anything in your garage especially appliances. This was only one of a few garage rated units and was the only one rated for up to 110 deg. I love having a lighted interior and having a light projected on the floor showing its status. The interior is spacious and more than enough for my purposes. After plugging it in and waiting for 6 hours I started putting items frozen items inside. It’s only been about a week now since I took delivery but I am very pleased. Now only time will tell as to how well it holds up during the summer.

Quarter Side of Beef and More
