Confusing maintanence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air filter started making noise. I ordered one. Opened the cover, no air filter installed and styrofoam behind where the filter would go. Also had styrofoam in the recess above the filter. Not in the manual.

This model freezer does not feature an air filter in the design. We do not recommend removing any styrofoam from the appliance as it is there to direct air flow throughout the appliance.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took several months for the freezer to arrive from the store because of COVID-19, but once it did I was very happy with the freezer. Worked perfectly from the moment it was plugged in. The shelf space is adequate for our use, and the door ledges also hold enough. I like the light on the front of the door to show it’s on and working, and the door ajar alarm also worked. The only thing I don’t like is that there’s no handle to pull; you have to grab the door itself which leads to me feeling like I have to close the door harder than I want to to make sure it’s closed. Overall, a good purchase that I hope lasts a long time.

Perfect size!!

It is taller than our previous one but the shelves are actually more shallow. I love it! I think things will get less buried now. Perfect size for us new empty nesters!!

Nice Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer unit is about the right size for a couple with no children. It has sufficient capacity for a reasonable quantity of frozen products. It runs quietly & keeps the interior at a constant below zero temperature.
