A well respected name + great price + VALUE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the features of this freezer. However I ran into a small problem when the opening was switched to right hand opening. The hinge side did not seal properly resulting in heavy frost. I called Frigidaire service (45 minute wait) and they sent a repairman within 2 days. He applied heat to the seal so that it seated properly. So I loaded the freezer back up and was happy. 24 hours later the seal separated again. I unloaded the freezer and shut it down. I massaged the seal so that it seated and left the it for three days (weekend-no service). I carefully observed the seal after turning it back on for 3 days and it seemed to be working. I loaded the freezer back up and it has been working fine for two weeks, although every time I go into the pantry I have to look at the seal, just in case. A stronger magnet would solve the problem. Although a pain, I really like the features and size of this freezer and have hope the issue is resolved.
