So far, so good. Uprights are much more convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a chest freezer but couldn’t stand removing everything to get to what was underneath at the bottom. We started researching highly reviewed and reliable uprights around 13-16cu ft and this model was one of the most recommended and highest rated. It arrived in good condition. They packaged it well. I’ve had a lot of appliances arrive damaged and this one was not. Setup was easy. Removed packing material and easily adjusted the shelves. Plugged it in for the first time and it was below 30 degrees within 2 hours. It’s quiet. The most I hear is the thermostat click. So as the title says, so far so good. It’s been roughly 2 weeks and it’s worked perfectly.

Frost Free and great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 30+ year old freezer with a new Frigidaire. It has been great. No ice accumulation allows more space, better visualization, and everything is froze. The shelves are big, even on the door.

Great Freezer

The green light at bottom is positive to know quickly if there is a problem. Especially love it being garage ready and was the plus I was looking for in a new freezer!

It's only 3 stars now in 12 years if I have no problems it can move up to 4 stars in 17 years it may be 5 stars. Talk to me then.

Great Storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say it is spendy for a freezer compared to a chest freezer. However, my parents bought it for my new house. I would rather spend a little more for easy access items and to use vertical space instead of horizontal space.

Perfect Size, Quiet, Great Shelves

Shelves on the door are very useful...bottom shelf holds blue ice packs perfectly...other door shelves are bigger and very useful..even holds loaf of bread. I had to change door from left hand to right hand...instructions were 98% spot on. I tilted it back some and rested it on a block instead of laying on back to remove bottom door hinge.
