Doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought an upright freezer December of 2019. We did not need it till the end of January for our delivery of meat we had in order. We never thought to plug it in because it is BRAND NEW. In January, a couple days before our meat delivery, we plugged the freezer in. Lights work, doesn't get cold! BRAND NEW!! It still had all the Styrofoam and plastic inside. We called customer service. We need to get it repaired. Would not replace it. BRAND NEW!! We also bought a suite of Frigidaire appliances in 2016. Immediately, we had issues with the ice maker in the fridge. We had the repair guy out at least 7 times. Finally we ended up having to disconnect the filter for it to make ice. Not the best solution, but we were sick of not have ice in our NEW fridge. The dishwasher we bought stopped draining water back in October. Repair man could not figure out what was wrong and we had to buy a new dishwasher. So that lasted 3 years. Disposable, apparently. Needless to say, we will never buy a Frigidaire again. They've always had such a great reputation. Not in our minds. If I could have picked 0 stars, I would have.

Broke in 3 days. Still don't have my replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It broke 3 days after arrived. Repair technician came. Determined I needed s new one. Still waiting for replacement 2 weeks later. Meanwhile the food I had is all ruined/wasted.

Died so fast

not so good

Great Overall Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this freezer for 1 month now and so far I'm very happy with my decision to purchase model. For anyone thinking of adding a freezer to store extra food this is a great one to consider. It's not that big yet seems to store an enormous amount of food. It's layout is spacious and the shelves are easy to adjust. I put it in a spare room in the basement and was surprised it didn't radiate any heat and is very quiet.. Overall I give it 5 stars.
