So far, so good. Uprights are much more convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a chest freezer but couldn’t stand removing everything to get to what was underneath at the bottom. We started researching highly reviewed and reliable uprights around 13-16cu ft and this model was one of the most recommended and highest rated. It arrived in good condition. They packaged it well. I’ve had a lot of appliances arrive damaged and this one was not. Setup was easy. Removed packing material and easily adjusted the shelves. Plugged it in for the first time and it was below 30 degrees within 2 hours. It’s quiet. The most I hear is the thermostat click. So as the title says, so far so good. It’s been roughly 2 weeks and it’s worked perfectly.

Runs quiet

I love that I can easily see what is in the freezer, and the storage space for smaller items in the door. I bought a couple wire baskets for organizing. I had accidentally hit the plug to the wall outlet while working in the garage. Next time I was in the garage I noticed the green light was not shining on the floor. And the alarm had just started to go off. The light and the alarm are both nice features. Runs nice and quiet. Very happy with purchase.

Simple small freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 13 cubic foot freezer. Love the size & extra door storage. Easy to see what’s inside (unlike ch st freezers). My 18 year old Frigidaire side by side refrigerator is still going strong even water & ice dispenser. I’ve never even had a repair. Hope this performs as well.

Love the convenience of opening the door and at a glance seeing what I have, and what I need! Had hoped to get a manual defrost for long term storage but reviews tell me new auto defrost models have changed over previous models. My confidence restored.
