[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month and am very happy with the size and features. It does what it says freezes quickly and stay frozen. I chose the Frigidaire brand because they're good quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased about 3 weeks ago and it's working great and it gave us tremendous freezer space storage. Before owning this unit, when you open up myside by side, everything falls out on to the floor, now no more problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Far so Good! Arrived 3 weeks and has been operating as expected. Only issue is with Door Reversal. Manual says to "remove any food from door shelves". It is not until #5 of the instructions that it says to lay freezer on its back on a padded surface. Would have been helpful to include "remove all food from freezer" at the beginning of the instructions or reverse door before loading freezer. Only a minor inconvenience!
Purchased 20/20. To close door it must be pushed firmly!!! If not there is a gap but no alarm sounds till several hours later to let you know it is ajar. The alarm eventually went off this am but to late our food spoiled!!! Very unhappy customer. Why such design fault?

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sad to hear that you are having issues with your freezer. Please allow us to help you. Your freezer's door ajar alert will sound if the door has been left open for 5 minutes or more. However, the High Temp Alert will sound once the temperature inside the cabinet exceeds 21°F (-6°C). If the door is not closing properly and the unit stop cooling, you likely got a High Temp alert. It may be caused by the door not being seated properly, which happens when the unit is not level or if your door gaskets are damaged or not clean. Debris or sticky residues may not allow good gasket sealing. Use warm soapy water to clean the door gasket. If you notice tears or other damage, let us know. Also, a tightly packed freezer will lead to poor air circulation and if there is excess frost build-up, over frosting can cause the door to not shut correctly or decrease airflow.
