[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as advertised. Lots of space, auto-defrost which was a big deal for us. We keep it in our basement but I have great peace of mind over the fact that an alarm will sound if the door is left open. Super quiet. No complaints at all.

Like the smaller footprint for this sized upright freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have with the freezer is the amount of time, 8 days, that it took to get rid of the toxic factory smell. I cleaned it as required in the manual, then let it air for 4 days with the door open with no good results. The I purchased a bag of charcoal and lots of backing soda and placed those items in the freezer and turned it on. After 4 days the odor was eliminated.
Now it is odor free and and filled!
