Hello, Big Poppa0124. Thanks for reaching out. If you see ice or frost inside your freezer, it could be because the door or lid has been opened frequently or for too long. Note: In hot and humid weather, it is normal for frost to build up more quickly. Frost-free freezers should not build up ice, it should melt ice into the drop pan to warm and evaporate the frost away. Also, check to see if your freezer is leveled. It is VERY IMPORTANT for your unit to be level to function properly. If the unit is not leveled during installation, the door may be misaligned and not close or seal properly, causing cooling, frost, or moisture problems.
