[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the freezer through Frigidaire so if i had a problem it would be easier. But they sent it thru a delivery guy that did not speak english. H motioned me to speak to his phone for translation. That's when i had him set it in the middle of my driveway and leave. There is no reason Frigidaire cant use a lagidiment trucking company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 13cuft freezer is fabulous. Not only can I now see everything that I have in the freezer, but because it is upright, its footprint is small. Everything is visible, organized and fits perfectly in my laundry room. I love its soft green lower light that indicates it’s working. A perfect night light for that room. All my appliances in the kitchen are Frigidaire too. I am a happy lady!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the upright freezer much better than the chest freezer it replaced; fits well in the corner of our garage. I was very surprised how hot the sides get when cooling; it is too hot to touch. An internet search revealed that is common for this cooling design.

Needed more space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted an upright model. The thought of digging through layers of food to find what you want does not make sense. We like how this model is designed to open from either side. This model also has a warning sound of the door is not properly closed. This model has a good amount of storage.
