Great features, works perfectly, but problems with legs and too aggressive door seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer because with the shortage of freezers at the moment, it was the only one that was the right size that was available. It was actually a little bigger than I wanted, but close enough. It looks and works fantastic. There's plenty of room, it maintains the temperature, and I don't know what else to say about the features. It works well and looks good. The problem comes when I try to open the door. It seals better than any I've ever come across, which is far too well. The freezer is lightweight even though large. With the door so thoroughly sealed, it then becomes impossible to open it. Not because I'm not strong enough to open it, but because there's not enough friction between the feet and the floor to hold the freezer in place while trying to open the door. I can't apply enough force to the door handle to get it open because the feet can't apply enough force against the floor.
I had no choice but to tape the freezer to the floor. I happened to have a very wide aluminum foil tape with a very aggressive glue on it. I suspect that over time, the seal will weaken, and I will eventually be able to remove the tape.
Another problem though is that only the front legs can be adjusted for height. This doesn't take into account that the floor may slope sideways as well as front to back. Getting the freezer level both sideways and front to back on my floor left the rear right corner off the ground. Since there's no way to adjust the rear right corner, I was forced to use tape again to fill the gap with something that wouldn't fall off as soon as I tried to open the door. You don't need all 4 legs to be adjustable, but you need at least 3. Otherwise, in most situations, something will need to be wedged under one corner.
I shouldn't have to use tape to make a brand new product usable.

I have had no problems with this new freezer in the month or 2 I've had it so far and I am enjoying features I did not have with the old freezer such as an alert when the door is open too long. I can only hope for a long dependable life with this freezer as well.
