[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my freezer and it was dented at the top door hinge :( I was compensated for the damage and hoped that it would not impede it's performance. It has been in my garage running for the last month with no visible problems and has kept things frozen and organized. I waited a long time and saved for this appliance purchase and with the exception of the dent, I am happy with it!

Would prefer deep and shorter vs narrow and tall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 13cf to replace 14cf Frigidaire that died after 10 years. Intentionally downsized a bit. Bought via online shopping exclusively.
I liked the ability to switch which way door opens and made that change after delivery. The biggest negative though is the depth is much smaller than our previous freezer. This is resulting in less flexibility with things like pizza. Previously we could load pizza on a shelf and still put some items in front of the pizza. Not the case with the 13cf. That is resulting in a little less optimum packing. Otherwise after two weeks it is operating as expected. Takes a little getting used to the green light at floor level indicating freezer is working. It is in the basement so not a constant annoyance, but everytime I walk past that room I do a double take with seeing that light.
