Everything I Wanted and More

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy. A quality build. Well engineered. Offers plenty of useable space. The panel at the rear of the compartment distributes the cooling evenly to all shelves and door racks. The interior light is bright and more useful than I realized. Love the green "power on" indicator light. At a quick glance you know the power is on and all is well. Attained desired temperature quickly and recovers fast after the door has been opened.
Love the fact that I never ever have to defrost again.

Time for a change!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 47 years of use out of our large freezer, it decided it was too tired to go on any longer! After looking at a number of different freezers and their reviews and wanting to buy American, we decided to go with Frigidaire, and since we no longer need a large freezer at our age, we opted for the 13 cubic feet upright. It's just right for us, and easier to move around when we need to.

Haven't had it very long but it is so much better than the old chest freezer it replaced, now, I don't have to dig food out for the bottom of the chest freezer to see what we have or what we need. This upright has plenty of shelves and a basket in the bottom under the shelves. I also like the multiple shelves in the door. I wish we got the next size up, however, when the chest freezer died, we needed something fast and within our budget. Thanks, Frigidaire.
