green light and ice in freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Food is frozen well but is the bottom green light always on? Also, there is a little ice accumulation on the top inside freezer. Is this normal?

Hello! We're sad to hear that your refrigerator didn't perform as expected. If you are experiencing frost or freezing issues, you want to ensure the door is closed completely and there are not any items preventing the door from closing. Some models have a green LED Power On Light projected on the floor. This light will flash continuously until the freezer reaches the selected temperature. To ensure safe food storage, allow the appliance to operate with the door closed for at least 8 hours before loading it with food.
