Wished I'd Bought It Years Ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed an extra freezer in my basement to have food on hand for upcoming surgery. After exploring a number of models (and WHY does anyone buy a freezer chest except to hide a dead body?!?) I decided on this 13 Cu. Ft. upright by Frigidaire--an excellent brand name in freezers. A smaller model would have worked; however, this 13 cu ft. one has automatic defrosting (no way would I consider manual), could be hinged on the left side (which I needed), has a removeable basket shelf, door shelves, and 5 other shelves, several adjustable for height. It was perfect for my needs, and at a very reasonable (non-sale) price. I am SO glad I bought it, LOVE it, just wish I'd done it sooner.

Great freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new freezer. It replaced a freezer that I had to defrost for over thirty years! It was still working, but I was done with the chore of defrosting it. I love that it has a light inside and the door could be switched to accommodate my kitchen.

Great freezer with larger capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The footprint of this freezer is smaller with large capacity, but so much easier to get to frozen items than a chest freezer. Got to temperature quickly and freezes food quickly. Runs quietly and easy to adjust shelves. Very happy so far.
