GREAT Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only owned this freezer for a few days, but we love it. Coming from an 8 c.f. chest freezer, this is a game changer. No more digging around to find things. Love the wire shelves as opposed to glass. Plenty of room. Nice bright light. We had to reverse the door, but no big deal (30-minute job).

THE ONLY THING I AM TRYING TO GET USED TO IS IT MAKES A FEW STRANGE SOUNDS, BECAUSE THE OLDER CHEST FREEZER WAS VERY QUIET. OTHERWISE HAPPY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my upright freezer for a few weeks. When I unboxed it, I couldn’t find the power cord. Nothing in the instructions showed where it was. Some searching online and I got a general idea. Turns out, it was trapped under the freezer.
After that, all has been great. I set the control as it was suggested and it went right to the correct temp of zero degrees F. If it continues like this, I will be very happy.
