Love the small size for just 2 person family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love it. The inside is designed very well. It runs quietly which is wonderful. I just wish it had been available in stainless steel. Not everyone needs a huge freezer and it was hard to find a small freezer. I actually would have liked to have found an upright frost free one that had less cubic ft than this one (13) --probably about an 8 ft would have been sufficient.

New features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my freezer died last month, it had been an excellent appliance. It was a Frigidaire and we chose to replace it with a slightly larger Frigidaire. I expected the same quality features as in our departed one, but new features really pleased me. There is a light on the outside of the freezer to show it is working. Had our old one had that light, we could have saved the food we lost. The new feature we really enjoy is the light IN the freezer, so that we don't need to turn on an overhead light to find our target! Go Frigidaire!

How to reverse freezer door

Just received my freezer today, love the freezer, except I can’t use it. Need door reversed, but realize it is way more complicated than expected. Printed out 2 pages from manual. Still studying this “thought it’ll be simple to reverse door”, it’s been many hours, unable to enjoy my new freezer. Wasted lots of time searching YouTube video on how to reverse freezer door, nothing from Frigidaire. Most confusing is the alarm wire, if I need to transfer it onto the other side. Either way, thought it’ll be easy like unscrew, remove door, reinstall door to other side, done. Yours requires remove door, lay on padded surface, in addition to lay down whole freezer onto another padded surface. Still working on reversing door instead of enjoying it. I am sure it is a great freezer, but I am not using it. Wish Frigidaire at least have YouTube video on How to Reverse Freezer Door, especially what to do with alarm wires.

Functional, quiet, effective

Pefect size, works great

Having down-sized with a reduced requirement for extra food, I find this 13-cubic foot freezer made to order. It is well designed with excellent access to contents. In door storeage if also quite substantial. I ike the fact that the unit is as tall as larger refrigerator and freeezer unit.
