Nice looking graphite color but small capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shelf space is small and not deep so I worry about the food sliding out when I open the doors .There is only one "bucket" at the bottom but it isn't very high so even if you stack the food it can slide out.

Very nice freezer - great storage space and shelving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love our new freezer. It's nice having all the extra space and I'm already plotting how best to use it for my garden. Our only (what ended up being minor) complaint was that the door was not able to be switched. Technically you can, but the bolt on the bottom hinge would not move for love nor money, so we just dealt with it. Now that it's in place, it's perfect, but if you are dead set on switching the door hinge keep that in mind.

Full freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new 20 cu ft freezer is an upgrade from our previous Fridgidaire 7 cu ft. chest freezer that has served us reliably for 15 yrs and still going. A long needed upgrade. I used the reversible door feature and switched the door from a right hinged door to a left hinged door. Great feature! I researched how to make the change and all the instructions that comes with the freezer are correct. When you move the hinge to the new side pay attention to alignment of the seal gap between door and frame. Many past customers have complained about a seal gap existing when switching the door but I did not experience that. You can adjust it to be closer and bolt it in. I’m looking forward to another 15 years of reliable Frigidaire service. I’m so thankful. One side note, you will need to purchase some plastic storage containers to store smaller items on the shelves. The door shelving is small enough for items like that but roll around/slide because of door movement. Could be improved with a more functional design.
