Freezer not going to -1 to -10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way that the air flow is to cool the freezer is not good creating a loss of usable space in the freezer. it comes from the lower back of the freezer and if you put food too high in the lower basket it does not flow. I have moved the food and the freezer is still not keeping cold, only will go down to about 0 and it should be at between -1 & -10. I have turned the setting up to 3/4 rather than the standard.
