Good freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer looks good and is working properly. It came to temperature in about 3 hours after being plugged in. The temperature has stayed consistent and everything is frozen solid. Only issue is the shelves could be built a little stronger as the weight of your food can bow the shelves some.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good freezer. Knob is fluid so doesn’t click into place for the cold setting you prefer. It’s right in the middle of bottom shelf so you’re bumping it anytime moving food on that shelf. Also the temperature range can be 20 degrees at time from the baseline which for me is not good. I use it for breast milk and need it to be less than zero degrees and occasionally it spikes to 10 degrees for no reason and can take over an hour to get back below zero. Also there are not near enough shelves unless you like stacking your items sky high on one shelf.

• Ensuring the freezer is set slightly colder than your preferred setting to allow a small buffer in case of minor adjustments
• Checking that food items are not directly pressing against the control knob
• Confirming the unit is not overfilled or blocking internal air vents, as restricted airflow can cause temperature swings
For temperature fluctuations (such as spikes to 10°F), a few factors can contribute:
• Make sure the freezer is not placed in a garage or area where ambient temperatures fall below 55°F or rise above 110°F, as this can affect performance
• Avoid frequent door openings and ensure the door seal is sealing tightly all the way around
• Verify that the freezer has at least 1 inch of clearance on the sides and back for proper ventilation
• Consider placing a freezer thermometer inside to monitor consistency
