Well thought-out interior with FIVE door racks that are even wide enough for my ice cream cartons. No intrusive "bump" on back wall to interfere with storage. Nice bottom basket so lowest shelf can be accessed easier, and items don't fall out. Wish the shelf were on rollers but can deal with it. Shelves are solid, not wire, which is a negative to me but that's personal preference. Color (carbon) is beautiful! This model is "garage ready" which I never knew was a "thing" but once I read about it, I'm so glad I got it. Frost-free is working well. So far a super appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first freezer that was delivered had to be returned. It was making a loud noise when operating. A new one was delivered and it seems to be working fine. Time will tell. Over all it has been a good experience so far.
