I’m definitely not getting the service I received from my previous hotspot but this one isn’t much better, still buffering going on!!!

Once there, scroll down and select "Troubleshooting" > "Limited or No Connectivity" and follow the recommended steps. You can also try "Troubleshooting" > "Reset Device" as an additional option.

Used over 50GB within less than 2 weeks, then "automatically" charged $10 for 5GB over the 50GB. But, I have been using another service with 5 devices connected to the hotspot box and never went over 50 GBs in one single month.
So would work if you had service to be able to run non serviced devices from. I was hoping it was like a travel satellite service to get service where service wasn’t available. So if your cell has service to run this for other devices like iPad,Xbox and such works great but not what I needed it for personally.
