Quick set up, easy and fast to use. I like the security that this gives me. It’s safer than using a public wifi. No lags in the internet connection. I looked at the reviews of those product before ordering it and I’m not disappointed by its performance.
Fast enough internet, but you'll run out of data quite fast with these. Compatible data plans just aren't worth it. Check email as fast as you can or to look up something while traveling, is all this is really good for. And for that purpose, it rocks! I returned it and got "Internet Air".
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello there, Jenni, thank you for the honest feedback! You're definitely right—a hotspot device like this one is great for speed while traveling, but high-performance hardware can definitely go through data quickly.
We are so glad to hear you switched to AT&T Internet Air! It’s designed specifically for people who need that high-speed connection without worrying about data caps.
We’re happy we could find the right fit for your needs and if you ever need help, don't hesitate to contact us. Enjoy your new service!
Couldn’t be happier ! Works great when I’m driving, at a hotel for work & the most important one is, it works great when I’m gaming (nba 2k26) (Ark Raiders)
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great device that deserves a higher review score. From day 1 it's been a fantastic device. I suggest downloading the manual and look over it so you understand the options and how they work. A lot of complaints on here just tell me they have no idea what they're doing and didn't read anything. Just on my desk inside I get 400-500down 20up. In my truck attached to my glass mount antenna I've seen 700down 30up. I'm replacing a 2012 mifi with this unit. It'll be attached to a 3k-watt inverter setup to turn on and off with the truck. I like the concept of removing the battery for always plugged-in mode vs a software setting in my mifi unit. Read the manual, it works great, and operates exactly as intended. Good luck.
devices are terrible. Even with the maximum data plan, it gets consumed in just a few days. After that, you’re overcharged for minimal data. There needs to be an unlimited data plan, just like you offer for cell phones. Period.
