Great for home workouts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for an home workout or gym. It has everything I need for strength training. I use it days I can't make it to the gm. You really don't need a big area for it. You can use this kit by attaching the parts to a door. It's easy to use ad very helpful.

Great kit for bodyweight workouts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know this was part of a "celebrity brand" but that doesn't really bother me too much. This is a great kit for someone interested in bodyweight exercises but doesn't have a lot of space either.
There are straps for doing bodyweight things, pushup and pull-up bars, etc. I don't love doing those exercises, they definitely fall at the bottom of my list. But I will say my husband is enjoying this kit much more than I could have!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great way to build up my stregnth

The perfect all-in-one set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been meaning to get more strengthening incorporated into my workouts with my bad back, and this is the best way to get it kicked off. I use the body weight training straps and the pull up bar most (love that it's the door mount kind). Everything is sleek and good quality and matching. Thanks, Chris!

Amazing Training Kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best thing to have for a home gym! I especially love the pullup bar and the push up bars. The pull up bar was very easy to assemble and the push up bar makes it easy on your wrist and gives you more range of motion when doing push ups. Must have if you workout at home!
