Lots to this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So there is lots to this one! While the push up bars are great. Easy to put together and pretty straight forward, the weight is great, also. But the rest of it… well …. We will start with the outside shipping box was majorly damaged. But the main box for this was not. There was NO instructions to put anything together. No instructions on weight limit. No nothing. So while my kids enjoy using the pull up bar, I don’t trust it as I am not even sure what the weight limit is. It does look nice and I figured out how to get it together ( took awhile) but I wouldn’t trust it at my weight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Centr Strength Training Kit is just what I needed to take my fitness to the next level. It's got a pull-up bar, push-up handles, sand bag and body weight wraps. Only gave it 4stars because it doesn't come with instructions on how to use all this stuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited to receive the product from Centr strength training kit. These items were super simple to put together and is very good quality. The upper strength bar to do lifts holds very well when doing these exercises and the push up ones are great and hold up extremely well. Loved also the bands and small weight that comes in the kit too. Really excited to be trying out this product to help strengthen our bodies.

I bought this set which has the basic kit for strength training, it’s a high quality product and the items are identical to the ones they use in my gym. I highly recommended!

It has everything you need for a great strength training workout.If you want a kit that has everything that you need to have a complete workout I would recommend this set to anyone from beginners to professionals.No more going to the gym why should you when you can just get you strength training at home.Even comes with a sandbag.Again I would truely recommend this set to anyone who wants to have a great strength training routine.Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback on this product i really appreciate the opportunity.

Great home workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was exactly what I was looking for in regards to doing strength training at home. The kit comes with everything that you need to follow along with the program. I love the simplicity of the program and the fact that I only need to use the simple equipment that is found in the kit. The pull-up bar was super easy to install in my hallway door. I've found myself sticking more to my strength training now that I have a program and the right equipment to do it at home. I found the program to be challenging but not too rough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m always looking for a simple travel sized workout kit that gives me a good workout with my own body weight. This one is fantastic. It is built with Hugh quality materials and is very easy to put together. I believe it will last a long time. The instructions are easy to follow and Zi can do so many exercises with it.
