I love how every aspect of it works in order to get the full body work out your body needs whilst helping you strengthen your upper and lower body. My upper body needed a good workout and strengthening and this definitely gets the job done! Highly recommended

Not only that, this accompanies the Centr app so if you’re on the beginner side of workouts, you aren’t left in the dark. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my product and it is everything and more. It has and app that you can use to show your the best way to use this product. Three months are free so you can check it out and see it you want longer. My product came with sand bag, pull up bar, push up handles, and body weight training straps. Everything you need for a home gym. Your body weight is also a tool to use in conjunction with these tools. Very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fitness kit! My husband and I have been making a lot of changes this year and getting healthier was top of our list. With our busy schedules, it makes it difficult to get to the gym. This strength training kit allows us to do various workouts at home instead! The equipment is sturdy and looks great. My husband loves the pull-up bar! We are so excited to continue this fitness journey and are already seeing results after just a couple weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is now my new favorite gym equipment in my home. My kids like to work out with me and it is nice for us to be able to all use the 4 plus items included without having to share. My favorite is the weighted bean bag type items

All In One Strength Training Kit

There's even an app that you can download so you can use the kit with the app and the courses it comes with.
