The fit is secure, and it doesn’t shift around even during more dynamic exercises. I also appreciate that it’s easy to clean after tough workouts.

Easily integrates into my daily life

I’ve been wanting to wear weighted wrist or ankle bands during my daily activities, but I read about how a weighted vest is safer for your joints if using for daily activities. This vest can be adjusted in size to fit me or my partner. You can remove and rearrange the weight bags in the vest to customize for the wearer or activity. You could possibly wear this out under an oversized sweatshirt if you wanted to run errands. My only suggestion would be to add a color or a few. There aren’t many adjustable-weight 20 lb vests on the market with nice colors and there is definitely an audience that could be captured by that.

I received this vest as a gift 3 weeks ago and was impressed with how comfortable it was to use while doing my morning runs. The adjustable weight makes it versatile for various workouts, and allows me to let my son use the vest without discomfort. Very good product.
