I got this vest to do workouts with, and I love it. It feels great on long walks, hikes, short runs, and even while doing push ups. The padding is comfortable and adjustable to me and my husband.

decide to buy weight vest to add to my leg strengthening workouts. Have to say I did not expect the vest to be so comfortable. It looks small but actually fits nicely
