Resistance bands that hold up

I have tried resistance bands from so many brands that have either been too stretchy from the beginning, or fallen apart too quickly. These bands were great from the start and have held up over time.

I bought this to test for an at home option for my clients as a trainer myself I know the hardest part is to find at home tools with versatility. I love the kit and my clients do too!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and have been impressed with the quality. It came with 3 months free trial period of the Centr app which is also great. A little difficult to find a program that uses the resistance bands but there are still a lot of other programs to choose from.
I would recommend this to a friend!
