It's a shame

I was super excited for this kit. Bought it earlier this week and sat down to do a workout today. 2nd time using it and whatever method they are using to hold the tube into the straps failed. I tried to reassemble, but figured it's easier to tie a couple knots on the end. Super disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was pretty tricky to put together. We couldn't figure out what all of the pieces are and what they do. There aren't any instructions. If you plan on using this, you will need to purchase the online subscription for the workouts. We were able to figure it out without the subscription after some research. Overall though, I would purchase different equipment next time.

Needs more instruction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I felt so excited to try out this workout kit! It seems so high end, and complete. Upon opening the box and the plastic bag inside, my exuberance faded. A horrible smell hit me like a brick! A mix of chemical and feces filled the air, and I was really grossed out, and a little scared, honestly. I took all the parts out and aired it all in the garage, and the smell was gone! Yay! So I started checking it all out, and read the tiny instructions which were actually only how to put the bar together. The box offered a free trial of the workout system, of which I was glad, because I'm not a big do it yourself er. Too bad the app requires a CC number, which I didn't want to provide. There's no basic instruction that I could find online, so to use this, I'll have to wing it, which I don't love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Workout Kit from Centr that includes fabric resistance bands, resistance band handles, straight bar, door anchor, and ankle straps to use together with the equipment. There are ZERO instructions included on how to use these workout items but they do give a handy dandy guide on how to screw the bar together. (duh!) It's gimmicky to find out how to use the items...you have to sign up through a website using a credit card to join a membership (that is supposedly free for 30 days) and watch totally fit, buff people showing you how to workout and ALMOST show you how to use the equipment. Thanks but no thanks. And having some "well known" celebrity that touts this, makes it even worse because you know he don't care if you use this equipment right or not, he just likes the paycheck. VERY GIMMICKY, just go the the gym.

Great workout for traveling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked how thick the resistance bands are . Super stretchy soft but provided really good resistance and each band is labeled with how much resistance it provides , great touch . My husband used used the resistance cables under the door , to do wood chopper exercises and really liked how it engaged his core and obliques during so . Again the bands are Labelled with the resistance force which is really helpful. Bands were sturdy and the grip was comfrotable. We have 4 kids so getting to gym daily isn't happening the ability to do the exercises I prefer while at home and traveling is ideal. I was overall pretty impressed with and happy with the quality of this set , has everything my husband and i need to do full body resistance exercises.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great workout kit for beginners!

It’s not the most beginner friendly so I definitely had to search up workouts to do with each piece of equipment. It is pretty well rounded so you can do all sorts of exercises with them. The quality is also good so I do expect this to last me a long time!
