An amazing kit for beginners!

This kit comes with fabric resistant bands that have handles, ankle straps, and a straight bar that you pull against with resistance pulling back much like a weight machine. Super easy to use and comes with an easy to use door anchor. You can get a great workout with this kit, and I highly recommend this workout kit by Centr!

I really wanted to like this workout kit but unfortunately it is not good quality.
The bar itself seems ok. It comes in 3 pieces that screw together pretty tightly. I never felt that the bar would come apart, nor did it wiggle at the joints.
The first thing I noticed that I didn't like was how long the bands were. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are absolutely no instructions. I assume they do that on purpose so that you'll sign up for the trial app. Personally I am not interested in yet another subscription and just wanted the equipment. Long story short, two different bands broke - one on the first workout and one on the second workout. Both times the bands broke while doing military press. Again, there are no instructions so I don't know if I was doing it correctly, but because the bands are so long the only way I could think to do it was to attach the bands to the bar, or the hand grips, and then stand on the band. Both the medium and heavy bands popped out of the connector. They actually did not break - they just came apart. I managed to fix one myself but it was a huge pain. After the second one popped out I decided this kit is not ready for real use. I'm not sure how all these other reviewers are actually using this kit.

Chris may want to remove his face from this product because it’s cheap and poor quality. Only on my second workout and I’ve already had to bands break out of the rubber holders. But I guess you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t recommend.
