Love this without kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this workout kit it just bring all I need to make it possible I can workout at home. It also bring 3 months of workouts videos for free after that you decided if you’d like to keep it or not. I think it fair since by 3 months have pass you probably already have learned a few moves. Love that is a set and brings tons of equipment in order to workout using your body strength. I’d love to be able to get fit and make sure it’s using my own weight. Love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the colors of the workout kit the most but I know that is not the most important. The resistance bands is good quality but not superior. I prefer to have my bands provide more resistance. The kit comes ready to use and easy to assemble with a bar, two clips for the bands and a mesh bag to hold the items.

Complete compact kit- start routine or next level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am astounded by how much was neatly packaged into this box measuring 13 inches x 6 inches x 3 inches. It contained 3 fabric resistance bands in beige, khaki, and navy (to add light, medium, or heavy resistance for exercises targeting legs, hips, glutes, or upper body). It also contained 5 different resistance level bands with handles in ivory, khaki, light gray, dark gray, and black. The box also included ankle straps, a straight bar , and door anchor to add to resistance bands for push/pull exercises. A mesh travel bag with the logo to easily pack things for workouts elsewhere or storage was included. The user manual provides a way to contact email chat or phone, as well as product care. This equipment also comes with access to Centr digital membership, which has tools for nutrition (meals) in addition to movement and mind programs. There are programs for someone beginning through advanced fitness, including yoga and meditation and high intensity interval training.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the bands and other equipment they are of good quality - similar to what I would use at the gymn but im not a hug fan of the app. The app isn't very user friendy I rather use other workout apps. It'll be helpful if it connected to apple watch as well
