Love this for the home gym

Resistance training is really good and does not impact too much like a lot of machine and heavy weight does. I've even got my son to try and use them but he looks at them more as a fun toy. Definitely recommend

The bands can be used in different ways to strengthen different part of your body. The Centr App has been really helpful in teaching me new ways of using the bands.

Great workout without tons of equipment

You can attach to a pole, door or foot. This is great to take on trips so you don’t miss an exercise. It won’t replace weights, but it’s great to stay fit.

Great start for injury recovery

This set of bands with handles are perfect for an at home workout, easy storage and the variety of resistance bands is perfect from very light all the way to heavy. Perfect for beginners or experienced athletes.

Good resistance

The quality and resistance was good, but i found it hard to use for a total body workout. Switching out the bands took more time to change than expected and i couldn't keep up with videos. They are great, but don't fit into my routine. My workouts are under a time crunch so i find dumbells easier and quicker to adjust
