Great resistance band exercise kit!

Earlier this year, I decided to start building up my at-home exercise equipment to make myself a little at-home gym corner. I was just on the search for bands and this kit was the perfect addition! This kit comes with 5 resistance bands of different weights and are clearly marked so you can tell. It also comes with ankle straps and door anchor accessories. The bands along with the accessories make this kit a extremely versatile kit for personal use! You can do full body exercises, and you can add a little more to an at-home pull day. And to top it off, it comes with a mesh bag for you to store everything in! It fits perfectly in my gym corner now. Overall, great quality bands that I expect will last me a long time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for resistance bands for strength training, yoga, pilates, or even physical therapy.

Perfect for Rotator Cuff Surgery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had both shoulders operated on in the last 9 months and these bands have really helped me keep up on my PT work when I am at home. I think the quality of these bands are better than the ones the professionals use at the PT Gym I go to.

The heavy band detached from the handle clip after a few days of what I would characterize as typical use. I tried reattaching it but couldn’t. I’m still using the others but pretty disappointed. I paid a bit more for these than I would have for a generic Amazon brand and expected more life from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Bands

These are very comfortable to use and I have already noticed a difference in muscle definition. I’d highly recommend these to anyone wanting to get fit at home without big equipment that takes up a lot of space.

I have used bands in the past that worried me while I used them....feeling like they were going to snap mid stretch! These I felt confident while using! The handles and the rubber door accessory are also constructed of well made, DURABLE material! you can tell the difference in each level of band. These are definitely items i would add to a home gym or just into your routine.

Great Workout Resistance Bands

I used these bands to do quick workout for toning up the muscles.
Combining the bands can give more resistance to intensify the workout routine.
The handles are very well made and easy to grip while working out.
It comes with a mesh travel bag for storage. Very portable and easy to use especially when traveling.
