I have used the app/program they provide which have taught me some exercises with their videos. I find it easy and appealing if you want to get in a full body workout.

What’s great is being able to change the grips based on what you are doing, or who else is using them. Being able to use them with the app also makes it very appealing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product, it makes working out at home easy. I love the different resistance bands for different weights. The handles are comfortable to grip and I been getting a good workout using these every other night. It is flexible to use it for different type of position like working out my biceps and shoulders. I like how it doesn't take up space so it's easy to put away and take it out whenever I need to use it. Definitely recommend for working out at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these resistance bands because I am always looking for good alternatives for working out at home. I don’t have a lot of room for storage so I was excited to see these. I have to say I am very happy with what I got. There are plenty of options for resistance weights. I also like the attachments that come with them. Probably my favorite feature is that everything fits great in a small mesh bag. I would highly recommend this resistance band set to anyone that likes to work out at home!
