[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These push up handles are fantastic. They are simple and easy to use. You do have to assemble them when they arrive, but it's quick and super easy to do. The handles are lightweight but sturdy. I like the way they look as well. They definitely make doing pushups easier than using dumbbells for elevation. I highly recommend these!

Great way to build strength

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great way to build strength , easy assembly and sturdy enough to support varying weights. Look online for different ways to use. The base is supported by plastic but should be sturdy enough, the base is also supported by hand cranked screws.
I would recommend this to a friend!
