Super Lightweight but Strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of Center Push-Up handles are super lightweight but are surprisingly strong. Both my husband and I use these. I weigh 144lbs, and he weighs 200lbs. The foam in the middle works great for me. However, my husband has larger hands and would prefer the foam to cover more space. I can see the foam cover deteriorating over time and would have liked to see replacement covers included with the package.

Great way to build strength

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great way to build strength , easy assembly and sturdy enough to support varying weights. Look online for different ways to use. The base is supported by plastic but should be sturdy enough, the base is also supported by hand cranked screws.

You do have to assemble them when they arrive, but it's quick and super easy to do. The handles are lightweight but sturdy. I like the way they look as well. They definitely make doing pushups easier than using dumbbells for elevation. I highly recommend these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m big fan of exercise at home and I have couple different things to use but this particular one is AMAZING. Absolutely love it. Its easy to set up and it doesn’t take a lot of space. Tough to use but it works. One of my favorite things to use to keep my body in shape. Actually my teenage kids love it and use it too. Definitely recommending for every household!

Once you put the bars in place, you just use the twist screw on them to keep them in place. Women friendly as well. Once installed they were easy for me to use. My partner as well as my toddler used them. Extremely simple and gets to the point. It definitely helps you keep your grip if aiming to do more than 5 push ups. I love these things

They are easy to use and have a good sturdy slip resistant handle that can be adjusted to the preferred height. The cushioned grip is comfortable and helps reduce the strain on my wrists while using. It is perfect to enhance the upper body workouts with push-ups.

They are made really well and take up very little room. He is able to do several exercises with them at home, which is very convenient for him. If you are looking for a great arm workout, buy these.
