I love a variety of exercises and these bars allow me to have a full-body workout and build muscle strength. I love how convenient these bars are because of their lightweight I can move them anywhere. They seem durable as well.

I feel like the design is odd

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not 100% sure if it is design or if I got one made poorly, but when you screw on the feet to the handles, your weight is supports by the screws. Which isn't comforting when it creaks as you use them. That said, I know screws are capable of supporting a fair amount of weight and I haven't had any issues. These have at the very least helped my wrists and I do feel like I get more out of my workouts with these too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy on the wrists!

These push up handles are a staple in my gym. I’m able to do various exercises without hurting my wrists or my hands. Very comfortable grips. Easy to construct. The Centr app also has lots of exercises. I can choose from. Great time all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These push up handles have been good so far. They are high quality and they are durable as well. There is almost no set up involved in order to use them so you are pretty much set to go when you take them out of the box.
The best thing about these push up handles is that they have good gripping on the bottom and don’t slide around. The grip on the handles is nice too and easy to hold onto. These are designed for everyone too, from beginner to advanced. I do highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had wrist issues for several years and doing traditional push ups would always give me pain. The push up handles allow my wrist to stay in a neutral position and no I can do push ups again pain free!

Sturdy build and Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago and have used it for a quick workout at my job. They are sturdy and compact which allows me to store them easily. These have allowed me to do my quick work exercises at work without interrupting the office. Now I do at least 500 pushups a week where as before I did not do any. Life savers really.
