Great for a quick workout

Usually do outdoor workouts but with the hot weather lately I’ve been doing indoor workouts a lot more and these were a great addition to my routine. Super smooth on carpet and they come with covers to use on hard floors also.

Lightweight, easy breezy

These are super easy to travel with, slim & fit right in my bag. They’re oversized too, in terms of surface area, so my size 10 feet fit on it nicely. I used to have those smaller ones and they were uncomfortable on my hands when my whole hand can’t fit on the surface. So that’s a nice upgrade.

Works great, wanted more features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Centr Slider Discs are a no-frills work out disk. I really appreciate that they come with soft covers for use on hard floors, and that otherwise they are smooth plastic for carpeted areas. So that means you've got options for where it's easiest to work out. Just keep in mind that the slider covers can get snagged if you have older hardwood floors like I do. The tops of the disks are more supple, which is a really nice feature that adds to the comfort and alleviates hand soreness, while also enhancing your grip if needed. My only wish is that the disks had more structure to grab or palm. These would also be perfect if there was some engineered attachments for a handle or straps, which would expand the things you can do with them. But at the end of the day, these are still great slider disks that elevate your body workouts and help you target new muscle groups. I'm glad they aren't clunky or over designed getting lost or tangled in the workout bin. Definitely worth it, I'd recommend.

Great Sliders!

The sliders are the perfect size - big enough for my hands are my feet. Super comfortable as well. I also like that this product comes with a Centre app as there’s lots of workouts I can do.

Easy to use for a great quick workout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not much of a fitness expert but am always looking for ways to improve my strength and health. I was honestly shocked at how much of a workout I was able to get in about ten minutes with these discs! I really appreciate the size and shape of them - makes it easy to keep a grip with both hands and feet. I didn’t try the included workout program because I didn’t want to enter a card number just to see what is available. I like that these discs are small enough to travel with and don’t take up space in my home. A great option for many folks. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Perfect for Intense Workouts
