Excellent work out enhancement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Centr Slider discs are the enhancement to your workout that you never thought you needed- but you do! These discs really level up your work out and make you sweat! These are lightweight, easy to use, & convenient to travel with. They have a foam padding, I use them on my floors, both carpet & hardwood and they glide effortlessly. It also comes with slider socks. Super easy to download the app for the total well being program too. The program is helpful with everything from exercise to eating healthy. Highly recommend!

They adhere very well to my floor, so they are very safe to use. The material feels of excellent quality and I really like its color and it is something excellent for exercising, you have to have it because it doesn't take space in the house.

Great Discs for Workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these Centr Slider Discs. They are lightweight but sturdy. I like that I can do different workout exercises using these discs. They come with a cover each. They also have a bag that comes with them. They're comfortable and portable. I love using these discs at home to exercise. They are neat for my small workout area. I like that I don't need additional equipment, just a flat surface to use them.

What an enhancement!

In the summer it is way too hot out to do my daily hike, so I have had to move indoors and try anything to keep me in shape! I came across this product and boy do they work great! I'm not going to lie, I was sore the first week or so, however so worth it!

Easy to use for a great quick workout!

I was honestly shocked at how much of a workout I was able to get in about ten minutes with these discs! I really appreciate the size and shape of them - makes it easy to keep a grip with both hands and feet. I didn’t try the included workout program because I didn’t want to enter a card number just to see what is available. I like that these discs are small enough to travel with and don’t take up space in my home. A great option for many folks. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

The sliders are the perfect size - big enough for my hands are my feet. Super comfortable as well. I also like that this product comes with a Centre app as there’s lots of workouts I can do.
