Great sliders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! These have helped my workout tremendously. I was always lazy when it came to exercise. These sliders keep it fun and never boring. You can do them inside or even outside . I can feel my arms getting muscular when I use them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not the most athletic person but I love how easy it is to use this product whether on my hands or feet. I also like how it has like a glove like on the back of it to make it more comfortable to use and not afraid of slipping or falling.

Super great discs!

I use to use disc in my barre classes but have decided to have more at home classes these days but never found a disc I liked to use. These glide really smoothly on my carpet and hardwood floors make it easy to use. I like the disc cover they was included as well!

Easy and fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These discs have grooves on them to help with grip. They are lightweight but seem well made. The top part is foam. There are also “socks” to put on the discs for use on hard floors. I also like that they come with a mesh storage bag. They are easy and fun to use.
As an added bonus these discs came with a three month membership to centr, which can be accessed via an app or the website. Nice menu planning and coaching.
My biggest issue is lack of instructions in the box on suggested uses for the discs. Couldn’t find any in the app yet either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Centr slider discs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love doing exercises, but I don't want to go to the sports club. This product, Centr Slider discs, is very compact, light weight and thin yet durable. I thought it's going to be slippy on the carpet. Once I can handle how to exercise with it, I can control not too slippery. Great exercise for inner thighs!!

Great workout tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Centr Slider Discs are a great way to workout without taking up a lot of space. They are compact enough to store if you don’t have a lot of room and easy to travel with. I like having another option for bodyweight workouts to do at home. I was happily surprised to find that these sliders come with a drawstring mesh bag that is large enough to also store some mini bands or resistance bands. The discs are a long oval shape as opposed to the usual circle disc. This makes it more comfortable to have the whole foot on the disc and will accommodate larger feet. The slider discs can only be used on carpet and soft surfaces. There are slider socks included that go on the bottom of the discs that are intended for harder surfaces. I thought the socks were just a protective measure but I found that it functionally also is required. The discs do not slide on hardwood floors or laminate floors without the socks. Similarly, they do not slide on carpet with the socks. I wish they were reversible for different surfaces as opposed to requiring the socks but it is easy to put on the socks and typically only have to do it at the beginning of a workout.
The tops of the sliders have a foam with a textured pattern that does help with traction even with sweaty hands or feet. The foam does dent easily but not a deal breaker for me. I liked using the slider discs on carpet much more than on hard floors because of the sound. The slider socks are made of a nylon type fabric that makes a lot of noises as you slide on the ground. Instead of focusing on the workout, I found myself focusing on the dragging sounds I was making and scared I might be ripping the fabric or scratching the floors. I would prefer a softer fabric for the slider socks like a felt or cotton. I have used socks for my feet that were better at sliding on the floors than these slider socks. Overall, this is a well made pair of discs but better on carpet than hard floors.

Not good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very very basic and average slider discs! Not super smooth for a hard surface and the cover comes off too easily while using. Overall a very average product! I have tried and used much better quality ones. Would not recommend.

Easy to use in the apartment or house

I can use them for pushups (chest), planks (core), back and leg exercises, and mobility movements. It's a great addition and helps you focus on mobility and functional strength.
