Simple but Great

What a benefit these simple pieces of equipment give to a regular exercise like skaters or curtsy lunges. Work great on fitness mats and carpeting. Highly recommend for taking things up a notch or two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These add to the intensity of your push up and give those yoga poses the extra slide or stability you need. Price is slightly high for their purpose, but the durability is top notch.

Fun addition to the workout

I bought these 2 months ago and they have been a game changer! They are great for mutliple surface types which is really difficult to find in comparable products and they are priced very nicely.

Great slider discs

They actually work on carpet!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, I'm going to be honest. When things say they work on carpet, they rarely actually do. I was so excited to try these because I have been wanting to add some workouts that use sliders to change things up in my routine. Let me tell you, I was kind of shocked when they 100% worked PERFECTLY on our carpet!!!! The box comes with 2 sliders and also a cover for each one (think surgical shoe covers but for the discs) to help it work on a variety of surfaces and carpet piles. Yes, they are lightweight plastic, but seem to be quality made and I really look forward to continuing those workouts. I am so glad they worked on the carpet, you have no idea!!!
